The day is approaching for our big trip. Mom, has been working hard getting all of us packed. It seems like we are planning for a ski trip with all the long underwear, jackets, hat, sun glasses and stuff. We got some cool boots. They’re waterproof boots from The Original Muck Boot Company. We can't wait to wear them to school when we get back.We haven’t even gotten there yet and Dad is teaching us stuff. School might have been a better bet. Anyway, Dad says that Antarctica means “No bear”. We were kind of hoping that we might see some polar bears, but guess not. It doesn’t rain there so even though it is 98% covered with ice it is the largest desert in the world. That’s all for now . . . we gotta go pack.

Good luck and keep writing! Can't wait to hear all about it. You should sign your posts so that Dad doesn't get all the credit. Plus, when you see that Polar bear that's not supposed to be there, I want to know who saw it first!
